What if I want music you don't have?
ShopSheetMusic.com adds new music to the collection every single week. If you have a hymn, children's song, holiday song or classical melody you'd like to see us carry, email shopsheetmusic@gmail.com or add a comment to the blog.

How do I know what level to buy?
ShopSheetMusic's arrangements are designed to be used with any of the popular courses for beginning piano students. If you're studying one of the following beginning piano methods just order the level that corresponds with the book you're in. (Alfred, Bastien, Faber & Faber, Hal Leonard, Schaum.) If you're playing from an adult piano course, John Thompson's Modern Course, or the Suzuki method you might want to check out the arrangements one lever higher than the book you're in.

How is the music I buy delivered?
Our music is delivered via printable PDF. You get the music you buy immediately...just print it out. PC users will need make sure Adobe Reader in working properly. Mac users should have no trouble just opening the files.

Who do I talk to if I'm having trouble with my order?
If you're having trouble viewing your files, check to make sure Adobe Reader is up-to-date by navigating to Adobe Reader's website. If you're having trouble with Google Checkout, visit Google Checkout Support. If you're having issues of any other kind contact shopsheetmusic@gmail.com.

I'm a piano teacher. Can I make copies for my students?
Sure. We're fair, nice, and we're teachers too. (Though we can say we'd love it if you just directed your students to the site and had them buy their own music. After all, the only way we can keep this thing going is by selling the music we take the time to arrange. Thanks for understanding.)

Who handles my credit card info?
ShopSheetMusic's credit card processing is handled by Google Checkout, not ShopSheetMusic. We don't have access to you number...ever.

Who does ShopSheetMusic's arrangements?
All of our arrangements are done by the founder of ShopSheetMusic.com, Caleb Nei. Caleb has been a piano teacher for more than a decade. Caleb earned his music degree from Huntington University and has pursued further studies at Shenandoah University.

Is ShopSheetMusic willing to sell arrangements from other arrangers?
Maybe. In the future we think we'll be open to this option. Do you have arrangements you'd like to sell? (We promise a fair commission.) Email shopsheetmusic@gmail.com and we'll let you know when we're ready to expand.

Why don't you carry pop music?
Pop music is protected by copyright law. For music we don't carry here check out musicnotes.com, another great online music site.

Why, with modern technology and all, can we not officially confirm the existence of the Loch Ness monster?
The Loch Ness monster has sonar- like a bat. When searchers shoot their detection beeps at Nessie she shoots her own sonar back at them canceling the searchers pings. This works much like the Böse Acoustic Wave noise-canceling headphones.
